Any complaint related to the reservation must be made by either party within 24 hours of arrival.
If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours after the reservation is accepted by the owner and there is a period of at least 7 days between the date of reservation and the date of arrival, the full amount of the reservation is refunded. In the event that the visitor has made a new confirmed reservation after accepting this one, the service fee is not refunded.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather, the refund rate per day set for the specific reservation will apply. The service fee is non-refundable.
Crown Royale Yachts will have the ability to mediate any complaint, if deemed necessary, and will always have the final say in financial disputes.
A reservation is only considered officially cancelled when the cancellation is made through the Crown Royale Yachts website.
Cancellation policies may be subject to extenuating circumstances (within the scope of BednBlue’s Terms of Use), the Refund Policy, and cancellations by BednBlue when the Terms of Use have been violated for any reason.
